Green Energy Connects Ltd is transitioning its customer services to Hireby Ltd. Your energy supply is not affected — we provide brokerage and consultancy services only.
Customer accounts, records and support are moving across. Your energy supply is unaffected.
As happens from time to time within the energy industry, customer accounts and services are being transferred to ensure continued support. We are working to make this transition as smooth as possible for every customer.
Please note: Green Energy Connects Ltd and Hireby Ltd are service providers, not energy suppliers. We compare the market, negotiate rates and manage contracts on your behalf. Your gas and electricity are always supplied and invoiced by your own licensed supplier.
We provide services, not supply
We are an energy consultancy and brokerage. We arrange and manage contracts on your behalf — we do not supply gas or electricity, and we never bill you for energy.
Your supplier is unchanged
Your energy continues to be delivered and billed by your existing licensed supplier. Nothing about your supply changes because of this transition.
Temporary service changes
Some online services may be briefly unavailable while customer accounts and records are transferred to Hireby Ltd.

Please read this before sharing any information or making a payment.
We have been made aware of individuals contacting customers by phone and email while falsely claiming to represent Green Energy Connects Ltd. They may request personal details, bank information or payments. Treat any such approach as suspicious.
- We will never ask for your bank PIN, passwords or full card details by phone or email.
- We will never demand urgent payment or pressure you into signing immediately.
- We never take payment for energy — your supplier bills you directly, not us.
